Well Naten's room has been started and will hopefully be finished in the next two weeks since he will be here before we know it. Enjoy the pictures!
The room has been painted. The main wall where his crib will go is chocolate brown. There is a cream box in the center of the wall with a silversage trim. Naten's crib will be placed in the center.
The Crib has arrived!
Grammy is in the process of making the bedding for Naten's crib. We searched high and low for these fabrics and can't wait to see the finished product.
The Bedding is done!
My mom finished the crib bedding this weekend and it turned out incredible. She did such a great job! If she wasn't already so busy I am pretty sure she could go into business full time making baby bedding. Take a look at these pictures, they just don't do it justice.
NATEN - These letters were used at my shower. I found these cute wooden hangers at a little shop in Castle Rock and had to get them. Didn't know what I was going to use them for but they came in handy for hanging Naten's name. The stars at the top were also used at my shower. They are wood so we covered them with fabric to tie in the theme.
More Storage Space Please!! Naten has so many things I was in desperate need of more storage space. Well my mom had this bookshelf just sitting in the garage so we decided to paint it and use it in his room. We lucked out and found these great baskets at Michael which fit perfect.
Move over trading spaces....we used some scraps from the bedding to make mats for the frames. I think they turned out really cute.
This is almost the finished project. We have one more thing to do before Naten's room is complete. We should hopefully get that done tonight!
